Q: Do I need a membership at the gym i"m getting sessions at?

A: No, unless you plan on attending the gym outside of booked sessions.

 

Q: Can I show up early to warm up?

A: Yes, you can show up as early as 10 minutes before the booked session. Any earlier may require paid access (membership/ day pass).
