    • I myself, certified by the International Sports Science Association, develop a tailored training program based on your goals. Whether you aim to build strength, improve athletic performance, or enhance overall fitness, your program is uniquely designed to meet your needs.
  3. One-on-One Coaching:

    • Enjoy personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions where our trainers provide guidance, ensuring you perform exercises correctly and safely. We offer flexible session packages ranging from single sessions to bulk packages for long-term commitment.
  4. Progress Tracking:

    • With our advanced training app, we meticulously track your progress, from volume and intensity to personal records and body measurements. This allows for real-time adjustments and ensures you stay on the path to success.

Online Coaching

Online coaching service for Science Driven Strength (SDS) is designed to provide you with personalized, scientifically-backed training programs tailored to your individual goals and needs. Whether you're a novice lifter or a seasoned athlete, our expert coaching—certified by the International Sports Science Association will guide you every step of the way. With detailed progress tracking through our advanced training app, you'll receive real-time feedback and adjustments to optimize your performance. Experience the convenience of professional coaching from anywhere, and achieve your strength and fitness goals with the support and expertise of SDS.

At Science Driven Strength (SDS), our online coaching service is structured to provide you with flexible and personalized training programs:

  • Weekly Coaching: $25 per week/ per Block (Mesocycle)

(Example: 10 week Mesocycle = $250.00)

Online Coaching Includes:
