How it Works:
The "One-Off" session is a great option for any gym goer looking for a more sporadic training session experience (check-in, form check, talk programming). Or can be used as an add-on to any other package.
The monthly recurring packages you are granted 1-4 sessions each week depending on the package you acquire, the packages are set to honor frequency and consistency. Sessions do not carry over week to week but can reschedule within the same week.
The Flex Plan is ideal for those who need more freedom and flexibility in scheduling you can train anywhere from 1–5x per week and have the entire system built around your schedule.

Intake Form:
- The First step to becoming a stronger more resilient version of yourself is by filling out the Client Intake Form. (You will immediately receive a booking link once completing)

Initial Consultation:
- I start every client with a free 15 minute consultation call. Here we dive deeper into goals, health history, limitations, preferences, ect. This is also a great opportunity for us to meet and you to ask me any other questions you may have. I will use all this information to make sure the programming I have in place will best benefit you. (Further instructions will be discussed)

At Science Driven Strength (SDS), our online coaching service is structured to provide you with flexible and personalized training programs:
- Weekly Coaching: $25 per week/ per Block (Mesocycle)
(Example: 10 week Mesocycle = $250.00)
